In the honored presence of Professor Dr. Kosar Mohamed, the president of University of Sulaimani, along with Professor Dr. Kawa Jamal, the vice president for administrative and financial affairs, and Professor Dr. Shakhawan Jalal Haji Farj, the dean of the College of languages, alongside the inaugural batch of graduates from the Arabic Department of the College of Language, today, March 10, 2024, an honors ceremony was organized for the first batch of graduates of the Department of Arabic under the title (ملتقی خریجی قسم اللغە العربیە/ Alumni Forum for the Arabic Language Department). The event embraced a diverse array of components. Commencing with a welcoming speech and presenting two insightful seminars, the students conveyed their appreciation by presenting Assitant Prof. Dr. Kurdia Ahmed Hassan, the head of Arabic Department, with Flowers as a heartfelt token. Subsequently, two enlightening documentaries were showcased and expressions of gratitude were extended to our graduating students, culminating in the conclusion of the ceremony.
