On November 28, 2024, the college of Languages of the University of Sulaimaniyah organized a workshop for the teachers of the college, covering the requirements, guidelines, and process for applying for academic promotions. The workshop presenters included:

Dr. Faraidoon Abdul Barzanji (Chairman of the Language College Promotion Committee)
Dr. Abdul Jabbar Mustafa (Member of the University Central Promotion Committee)
Dr. Azad Hassan Fatah (Member of the Language College Promotion Committee)

The aim of the workshop was to raise the awareness of teachers and guide them on how to improve their academic performance.

On Thursday morning, March 7, 2024, at 9:30 AM, at the building number (13) of the Research Center of the University of Sulaimani, a workshop was held by Dr. Fahmi Karim Ahmad, the chairperson of the College Ranking Committee, Dr. Soma Nawzad Abubakr, the supervisor of the website of the University of Sulaimani, and Dr. Raman Qalandar Hussein, the coordinator of the project management office of Sulaimani University, under the title “The Effects of Ranking Process and the Documentation of Work and Activities” for the following faculty and staff of our college:

1- The members of the College Ranking Committee

2- The chairperson and the members of the quality assurance committee of the college departments

3- The lecturers who teach the subject (University Work Environment) at the college departments

4- The staff of the media and Information Technology unit of the college

The aim of this workshop is to raise the awareness among our university faculty and staff, while further enhancing their academic capacity and expertise in the field.
